Southwest Airlines announces new chief technology officer Apr 24th 2013, 22:00 Southwest Airlines today announced Craig Maccubbin will join the airline as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Technology Operations, effective May 6, 2013. In his new position, Maccubbin will be responsible for the Technology Operations for the airline, which includes all current Infrastructure and Services areas and Mobile Platform.
