Cost of EU roaming charges falls again Jul 1st 2013, 09:59, by Breaking Travel News The cost of making phone calls in the European Union has fallen again today as new roaming rules come into force. From today outgoing voice calls from one EU state to another can cost no more than €0.24 per minute.
